During our sessions together you’ll  start by deepening your awareness of where you are in the present.  So that you can be grounded and centered allowing you to focus and be intentional on your desires.

Alignment comes when you’re able to express yourself fully and what you truly desire while letting go of what’s not working in order to create boundaries that support your dreams.

  • YES! You can purchase this package as a gift for someone.

  • I'm so honored to support you during your energy healing session. During our time together, you'll be guided through your energy healing journey.

    You’re going to want to dress comfortably and be in a place where you can lay down.

    These sessions are held over Zoom and I'll ask that you keep your camera on. I need to be able to see you to support you. 

    Here's what will happen during your session:

    Step 1: We'll chat about what's going on for your and your intention for the healing session

    Step 2: I'll walk you through what to expect during our time together

    Step 3: You'll go through the energy healing process - You may feel warm or tingly. You may see colors, images, or hear you inner voice. You may just fall asleep.

    Step 4: We'll debrief your session. You'll want to have a pen and notebook for notes and possible assignments.

    Please be in a quiet space and don't forget to bring some water.

  • You’ll be asked to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your session in order to not lose it.

  • Yes, there are more ways for us to work together 1:1. It depends on what your needs are. The options range from my 1 Month 1:1 Intensive, to long weekend retreats to my most intimate and high touch 12 month program.
