Gathering as women is our natural way of creating community and belonging.

During our time together, you can expect to be uplifted and inspired as we sit in a warm, welcoming space held by presence, connection, and shared experience.

What to Expect:

• Grounding and arriving into the space

• Shared agreements for self and community

• Open circle for connection

• Guided and organic sharing

• Space to ask for and offer support

• Wisdom, reflection, and encouragement

• Closing the circle

Please bring water, a journal, and your full self.

Spots are limited to 10. Please commit to attending by Thursday, July 23. This allows me to hold the space with care for everyone who says yes.
